For Jeff, a Southbound isn't just an e-bike. It's an essential part of his business.
As the owner of Fatbike fishing St Lucia, Jeff takes guests along the spectacular KwaZulu-Natal coastline, exploring the beaches around St Lucia and Cape Vidal while combining two of his passions — fishing and adventure.
With a fleet of six Southbound fat-tyre e-bikes, reliability is everything. His own Southbound kudu has clocked up more than 10,000 km on the beach, proving itself in some of the toughest conditions.
Jeff's favourite feature is the belt drive, which means no rusty chains and gears — particularly important when you're riding on the beach.
It's a story about adventure, reliability and a bike that's become an integral part of his business. And to top it off, Jeff’s memorable catch and release of a small GT, demonstrates the fun and memories Jeff, and his clients, are creating together with Southbound.
